Return conditions

Condition of the product: Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. The product must be free of stains, pet hair and any other damage.

Responsibility for postage: We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
